"Show Me the MONEY"
The CREBs regulation differ from the Qualified Zone Academy Bond (QZAB) program in one very positive way. CREBs may be sold to just about anyone who needs a tax credit investment. QZABs, on the other hand, may only be purchased by a narrowly defined "Qualified Lender".
No CREBs have been completed because the first deadline for CREBs application is in April of 2006.
